Submitting photographs

• You may only submit photographs you took yourself, or photographs you hold the rights to publish and use.
• If people, artworks, architecture or private property appear in the photograph, it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions relating to portrait rights, copyright and other rights.

Editorial selection

• Not every submitted photograph will be published. The editors select photographs that fit the intent of Saga Comparisons.
• Submissions that infringe the rights of third parties, or that are otherwise inappropriate, will not be published and may be removed after publication.

Use of featured photographs

• Featured photographs may receive minimal editing — cropping, colour adjustment, layout adjustment — for use as SAGA / WORLD comparison content on the Saga Comparisons website.
• Featured photographs, or parts of them, may be used on the official social media accounts that introduce Saga Comparisons and for the promotion of this project.
• Copyright in the photograph is not transferred from you to the operator.
• The operator obtains only a licence for publication on this service, introduction of this project, and public-relations activities including official social media.
• We do not sell the photograph itself to third parties, or resell it as stock imagery.

Credit

• If you ask for a credit when submitting, we will as a rule display the Instagram account or name you specify.

Changes to the service

• The service may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.
